This is a positive film.
A hopeful film.
After a year which we’d all happily leave behind I wanted to create something that could help people who were struggling with their mental health.
This is a film about my good mate – The Loosehead – Joe Marler – England rugby legend.
Joe’s been very open about his depression, he’s a giant, a larger than life character. He has tremendous empathy.
In this film he travels the country and meets extraordinary people, each finding a different way of letting the light in.
It’s time we all understand that depression and mental illness are part of life and that we don’t have to soak up the pressures of modern life alone.
This film aspires to inspire
It’s good to talk.
The full film is now free to watch on YouTube.
